Booking With TIRUN

The easiest way is to book directly on www.tirun.com, where you can browse itineraries, compare staterooms, and check live pricing across all our cruise lines.

Prefer a more personal touch? Get in touch with our Cruise Counsellors by phone, WhatsApp, or email, or reach out through your travel advisor — we’ll help you pick the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, and stateroom, and take care of the booking on your behalf.
Yes — we can hold your preferred stateroom for up to 24–48 hours at no cost, so you have time to finalise your decision without losing your spot.
A copy of each guest’s passport, submitted at the time of booking.

Please double-check that the names and date of birth you share match the passport exactly — even small mismatches can lead to boarding being denied at the port.
You’re welcome to book directly with our team, or through any travel agent who works with TIRUN.

Either way, you’ll get the same fares and access to our offers — we don’t charge a service fee on top.

Payments & Pricing

We offer flexible payment options:
  • Credit & debit cards, EMIs, and digital wallets
  • Direct bank transfer (RTGS) in Indian Rupees
  • US Dollars via wire transfer, if you prefer
Card payments are accepted on American Express, MasterCard, and Visa (a few HDFC Bank cards currently aren’t supported).
Deposits are charged per person and vary by cruise line, cruise length, and stateroom category — shorter sailings need a smaller deposit, longer sailings and suites need a bit more.

Your Cruise Counsellor will confirm the exact amount for your chosen sailing when you book, or you can refer to the Terms & Conditions page for the complete brand-wise breakdown.
Final payment is typically due between 76 and 120 days before your sail date, depending on your cruise line and how long your cruise is — the longer the cruise, the earlier the deadline.

We’ll always confirm your specific due date at the time of booking and send reminders ahead of it. Refer to the Terms & Conditions page for further information.
TIRUN doesn’t add a service charge on cruise bookings.

Government taxes such as GST and Tax Collected at Source (TCS), where applicable, apply to the transaction as per current regulations.
Yes — across our cruise brands (Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea), we aim to match competitive pricing you may find elsewhere.

Speak to your Cruise Counsellor with details of the offer you’ve found.

Cancellations & Changes

Yes — cancellations made 60 days or more before sailing (on refundable-deposit bookings) don’t typically incur a charge.

Cancelling closer to your sail date attracts a cancellation charge that increases the nearer you get to departure. Exact timelines can vary slightly by cruise line — please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy or ask your Cruise Counsellor for the schedule that applies to your booking.
Cancellation requests must be sent to TIRUN in writing on a working day, so we can process them promptly.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued in Indian Rupees, subject to the prevailing exchange rate.
Yes, changes are usually possible for a modest change fee, provided they’re made before your final payment deadline. This covers:
  • Changing the ship or sail date
  • Correcting or changing a guest name
Speak to your Cruise Counsellor for the exact fee and cut-off date.
Non-refundable deposit bookings carry lower fares, but the deposit itself isn’t refundable if you cancel.

You can still change your ship or sail date for a small service fee, as long as it’s done before final payment is due.

Travel Documents

Yes, a valid passport is required for all our cruises, across every brand.

We recommend your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your cruise’s return date, to avoid any issues at boarding or in the ports you visit.
It depends on your itinerary and nationality, regardless of which cruise line you sail with.

Visa requirements are your responsibility to check and arrange — we’re happy to point you toward general guidance, but the most accurate, current information always comes from the embassy or consulate of the countries on your itinerary.
Guests without the correct passport or visa may be denied boarding or entry at a port of call, and unfortunately, no refund applies in this situation.

We strongly recommend sorting your documents well ahead of your cruise date — reach out to us if you’re unsure what you need.

Packing & Life Onboard

It varies a little by brand:
  • Royal Caribbean & Celebrity: daytime is casual and evenings a touch smarter, with one or two formal nights built into most cruises.
  • Silversea: the tone is smart-casual to elegant every evening, without a rigid “formal night” structure.
Your daily onboard planner will always confirm what’s on each evening.
Sealed, commercially packaged snacks are fine to bring on any of our ships. Opened packets and raw/homemade food items aren’t allowed onboard.

Each guest of drinking age may also bring one 750ml bottle of wine or champagne per person on boarding day — a corkage fee applies if you open it in a public area. (This doesn’t apply on Silversea, where wines and champagne are already included.)
Yes! Across our cruise lines, the main dining venues include a good variety of cuisines, including Indian dishes, alongside international options.

Dining Onboard

Royal Caribbean & Celebrity: most ships offer flexible dining — you pick a seating time each evening (Royal Caribbean calls this “My Time Dining”) rather than being locked into one fixed sitting. It’s a good idea to reserve ahead, especially on busier sailings.

Silversea: open-seating dining is standard across all restaurants, so you can dine whenever and with whomever you like, without a fixed time or assigned table.
Royal Caribbean & Celebrity: the Main Dining Room and buffet are included in your fare, while specialty restaurants (Italian, steakhouse, and similar) carry an additional cover charge — dining packages are available if you’d like to try a few.

Silversea: dining across all restaurants, including specialty venues, is included in your fare as part of the all-inclusive experience.

Drinks & Gratuities

Royal Caribbean & Celebrity: a daily service gratuity is added to your onboard account unless you prepay it before your cruise — this covers the crew across dining, stateroom service, and more, and you’re welcome to adjust it onboard at the Guest Services desk if needed.

Silversea: gratuities are included in your fare as standard, so there’s nothing extra to add onboard.
Royal Caribbean & Celebrity: if you plan to have a few drinks a day — cocktails, wine, specialty coffee — a package can work out better value than paying per drink; it’s worth estimating your typical daily spend before deciding.

Silversea: most beverages, including champagne, wine, and spirits, are already included in your fare, so a separate package usually isn’t needed.

Family, Kids & Age Requirements

Royal Caribbean & Celebrity are both great choices for families, with dedicated kids’ and teens’ clubs, family-friendly entertainment, and pools for every age group, alongside quieter adults-only spaces for parents to unwind.

Silversea’s smaller, more intimate ships are generally best suited to couples and adult travellers seeking a refined, quieter experience, though select sailings do welcome younger guests too — ask your Cruise Counsellor if you’re planning a family trip on Silversea.
Yes — babies typically need to be at least 6 months old on the first day of the cruise for most itineraries (12 months for longer or more remote itineraries, like transatlantic or transpacific sailings).

Exact requirements can vary slightly by cruise line, so we’ll confirm the specifics for your chosen cruise when you book.
Yes, but the accompanying adult will need to carry:
  • The child’s passport (and, where applicable, a visa)
  • A notarised letter from at least one parent authorising the trip and giving permission to make medical decisions for the child if needed
We can guide you through exactly what’s required.
It depends on where your cruise sails from and, in some cases, the cruise line:
  • Generally 21 for cruises departing North America
  • 18 for cruises departing South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, or New Zealand
At private destinations, the minimum is usually 21 regardless of where the cruise started. Your Cruise Counsellor can confirm the exact policy for your chosen sailing.

Health & Safety

Yes, up to 23 weeks of pregnancy at any point during the cruise, across our cruise lines.

You’ll need to complete a health questionnaire and carry a doctor’s note confirming you’re fit to travel and how far along you’ll be during the sailing.
Let us know when booking, whichever cruise line you choose — we can help arrange an accessible stateroom and flag any special requirements to the cruise line ahead of time, so everything’s ready when you board.

Check-In & Boarding

Online check-in is done through your cruise line’s official app or website — the Royal Caribbean App, the Celebrity Cruises App, or My Silversea — and opens well ahead of your sailing date.

It’s quick: you’ll set your terminal arrival time, complete a short health questionnaire, and go through the safety briefing, all before you even reach the port.
Arrive within the boarding time slot you selected during check-in.

You’ll need to be checked in at least 60 minutes before the ship’s scheduled sailing time — guests arriving later risk missing the ship altogether, so we always recommend arriving a little early.
