China to be Asia Cruise hub
China is poised to become Asia’s biggest cruise hub, and Quantum of the Seas, Royal Caribbean’s most innovative ship ever will join the Mariner of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas that already ply in the region. According to Adam Gold stein President and COO, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd “Consumers in China have grown to expect the best the world has to offer, and Quantum of the Seas meets that standard like no other ship.”
Royal Caribbean is ready to accelerate the growth of the China cruise market and the ground breaking Quantum of the Seas will capture the imagination of travelers looking for a unique vacation experience.
The Quantum of the Seas starting in June 2015, will sail from Shanghai the year round to Japan and Korea and offer three- to eight-night itineraries.
